Return Eligibility Period:
Customers may request a return of purchased products within a specified timeframe of five (5) days from the date of receiving the product. This timeframe allows customers an adequate period to inspect the product and ensure its suitability for their needs. Any return requests made after this designated period may not be accepted. It is imperative that customers promptly initiate the return process within the stipulated timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange. Condition of the product:

If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase according to their preference, we gladly accept returns under the condition that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. (NOT FOR THE BULKY ORDERS)

Please note that for lighting and furniture items with an order value exceeding 3 Lakh INR or 3,600 USD, a restocking fee may apply upon return. This fee is charged to cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items.
